The Intern

I built a bike for one of my friends who rode it with a mutual acquittance who became interested in learning of bikes and received my number. I informed him that I was still offering unpaid internships to which he gladly applied. After reviewing his past experience I accepted him and he has been interning for the past week.

He traded a nice Specialized mountain bike for a rusty old Schwinn. He stripped both, one to the metal, and is planning on building the Schwinn up into a single speed mountain bike with drop bars.

After sanding it for days he finally decided to paint the bike, and has laid a couple coats of primer on it, and will be back Sunday to start spraying the next coat of paint.
